Patrick Fennelly

Past President

My wife, Julia, and I moved to this wonderful neighborhood in 2017. Born and raised in Milwaukee, we’ve always admired the location, amenities and historical significance of this neighborhood. We are thrilled to live steps away from Lake Park, Bradford Beach and Downer Avenue. Please say hello if you see us walking our dog, Graham!

Maureen Sievers

Secretary

I moved to the wonderful east side about 10 years ago, moving into a 1909 vintage condominium near Downer Ave and Lake Park. As a successful interior designer, I have enjoyed working on my place and meeting fantastic friends and clients along the way.

Regan Hindman

Treasurer

My wife and I have lived on the East Side for over eight years and have been active participants in the HWTN as this is a special place to call home. I am thrilled to be part of this organization and assist its mission to preserve and protect this amazing neighborhood for future generations to enjoy as we do.

Allen Witt

Buildings & Institutions

My wife, Jane, and I moved to this wonderful neighborhood in 2021. Milwaukee is a great place to live, and we are fortunate that our oldest daughter works at the Milwaukee Zoo.  Our youngest daughter lives in Chicago, and works at Invenergy, a short train ride away.  My background as a Civil Engineer provides me a unique perspective on helping preserve this historic neighborhood as the chair of Buildings & Institutions. This position will help the Trustees stay ahead of proposed projects and zoning changes. We are enjoying the friendships we have made here and we have fulfilled our dream of living steps away from Lake Michigan!
