Mark F. Foley and his wife Gretchen have raised three sons in the Historic District since purchasing a single family home on N. Lake Drive in October 1990. Mark recently retired as a full time practicing attorney after 17 years at von Briesen and Roper s.c. and 28 years at Foley & Lardner LLP. Mark has served on several non-profit boards. He is currently a Trustee of the Milwaukee Area Technical College and a member of the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Technical College District Boards Association.

Stephanie was very lucky to grow up in this neighborhood. She understands the work preservation can be. With a background in global marketing from Tiffany & Co and a daughter at Maryland Ave. Montessori.

A Wisconsin native and more recent resident of the Water Tower Neighborhood I have lived here since 2019 and been involved with HWTN. Currently I serve as VP of Special Events where I can lean on my “social” event planning skills.

I moved to the wonderful east side in 2014 and living in a 1909 vintage condominium near Downer Ave and Lake Park. As a successful interior designer, I have enjoyed working on my place and meeting fantastic friends and clients along the way.

My wife and I have lived on the East Side since 2014 and have been active participants in the HWTN as this is a special place to call home. I am thrilled to be part of this organization and assist its mission to preserve and protect this amazing neighborhood for future generations to enjoy as we do.
