 Patrick Fennelly
President
My wife, Julia, and I moved to this wonderful neighborhood in 2017. Born and raised in Milwaukee, we’ve always admired the location, amenities and historical significance of this neighborhood. We are thrilled to live steps away from Lake Park, Bradford Beach and Downer Avenue. Please say hello if you see us walking our dog, Graham!

Toby Reynolds
Past President
I love living in the HWTN for three main reasons: the interesting and diverse people who live here; the wonderful architecture of the homes; and the convenience to Lake Park, restaurants, stores, and the downtown area where I work – I can even walk to the beach from home!

Jeff Bentoff
VP of Communications
I moved to our neighborhood and historic home with my wife, Julie Penman, in 1998. I work as public relations consultant, previously serving in government and as a newspaper reporter. I enjoy travel, birding, droning, reading and especially music — I play guitar and piano, and I book the music for Lake Park’s Musical Mondays. I’m a student and occasional writer on the history of our North Point neighborhood and its homes, and I’m a strong advocate for historic preservation.

Laurel Maney
V
P of Membership
She has lived in North Point South for the last 35 years. She enjoys the architectural history as well as easy access to the lake front bike paths, and parks.

Ali Ebbers Henkhaus
VP Special Events
Alison Ebbers Henkhaus fell in love with the architecture of the Historic Water Tower Neighborhood while attending University.  She was drawn to the unique vibe and energy of Downer Avenue, and continues to soak up nature while running through Lake Park.  After a few moves around the country, she decided to raise her family on the East Side and the shores of Lake Michigan.  She is passionate about the stewardship of HWTN  and the importance of preservation for future generations.  Ali lives with her husband Tim, and daughters Breckan Kate and Caelin Brynn.

Dawn McCarthy

Linda Cutler
Secretary

Linda loves the history, amenities and walkability of our neighborhood, where she’s lived for four years. Prior to retirement, she was Executive Director of Milwaukee Regional Medical Center. In addition to serving as HWTN secretary, she is a longtime volunteer and board member for the Southeast Wisconsin chapter of the American Red Cross.

Regan Hindman
Treasurer
My wife and I have lived on the East Side for over eight years and have been active participants in the HWTN as this is a special place to call home.  I am thrilled to be part of this organization and assist its mission to preserve and protect this amazing neighborhood for future generations to enjoy as we do.
